To secure a rental property a refundable holding deposit is required to be paid. This is the equivalent of one weeks rent and will be deducted from the rental payment upon tenancy commencement. Subject to terms and conditions.
Landlords will be charged a minimum of £400 + Vat and fee’s will vary depending on the value to which the property is let out. This includes all advertising, professional photography and 3D floor plans. Additional costs would be for an EPC & CP12. This can be provided by Signature or an external company should the landlord not have an active or up to date one. Signature holds all client monies in a secure protected lettings Client Account with Barclays Plc.
